Wall Faucet

Wall Faucetdoesn’t normally affect the countertop unless there is full height splash. Needs to be notated on paperwork before template so that the templater can adjust the sink set back.

3H‐8”

three hole, 8” spread. One hole in the middle and two others on either side spaced 4” from the center of the middle hole.

3H‐4”

three hole, 4” spread. One hole in the middle and two others on either side spaced 4” from the center of the middle hole. Usually only in bathrooms.

Bridged Faucet

These faucets are used occasionally in both kitchens and baths.

There’s not a standard abbreviation for this layout so it’s best to draw it out for the crews so there isn’t any misunderstanding.

Escutcheon Plate

these aren’t very popular anymore but it’s generally an option for a single hole faucet. Additional holes are needed to attach the plate so make sure to confirm if the customer is going to use one.

Additional Holes

sometimes additional holes are needed in the kitchen for a sprayer, soap dispenser, garbage disposal air switch or hot water dispenser. Most soap dispensers and air switches use a standard faucet hole – 1 3/8” but sometimes a hot water dispenser is smaller. This info needs to be confirmed before install to insure the crews have the correct sized core bit.
